Sessions
The first hour is work, not a pitch.
One hour with the people who build Cortex. We walk through the way your business actually runs, then take a first pass at what we would do about it. No deck to sit through, nothing to buy in the room.

We start with your SOPs and find where the work actually stops.
You leave with a first pass, not a proposal. What's worth building, what isn't, and what we'd do first.

01
You talk. We take notes.
The hour starts with the business, not with AI. Where the week goes, which numbers you wait on, what lives in one person's head. Plain questions, plain answers.

02
The pattern shows itself.
Together we mark where things wait on one person: the approvals, the reports, the numbers that consolidate after the calls already got made. It usually does not take long.

03
We take a first pass at the fix.
Cortex is a working base layer. Some of what surfaces maps to what it already does; the rest is fitting. We say which is which, in the room.

04
You leave knowing.
What's worth building, what isn't, and what we would do first. Whatever you decide after, you keep that.
Sometimes the right answer is no AI.
Part of the hour is naming where AI will not help. Where the spreadsheet is already the right tool, where the data is not ready, where the payoff will not cover the build. We say it plainly, in the room.
Some sessions are just for learning.
We also run training: teams and leaders, what AI does well, where it fails, how to put it to work. The teaching is not a sideline. Between the three of us: an education-technology company, teaching at Ateneo, and mentoring with Startup Village and ASES Manila.
Intro session
The hour this page describes. It costs nothing, ever.
Team training
Your people, trained on AI itself and on the system they will actually run.
Advanced program
The longer road: your team building on the base layer, with us alongside.
Tell us what's slowing you down.
Two or three sentences is plenty. We read every line ourselves, and a person replies.
